    BALLONTINE

    Our Christmas Ballontines are comprised of a 3 bird roast, with the whole outer bird stuffed containing two smaller boneless poultry birds. The outside bird retains its wings and drumsticks to give the appearance of a whole traditional bird. Each bird has a complimentary layer of handmade stuffing to finish off the show stopping table piece.
